The 011488R32 BBK is designed for any consumer seeking to enlarge their rear rotor size and enhance rear braking power with the help of Porsche Cayenne rear Brembo brakes. The OEM rear brakes on my R32 were lacking in comparison to the front brakes, especially after I installed the Brembo 17Z calipers from a Porsche Cayenne. Hence, I combined my Engineering and Design abilities to design, manufacture, and test a safe and practical solution.   

This Adapter kit is designed specifically for the following AWD vehicles manufactured by the Volkwagen brand.

MK4 Golf R32 AWD with trailing arms Right:1J0505223M and Left:1J0505224M

MK1 Audi TT Quattro AWD with trailing arms Right:1J0505228F and Left:1J0505227F

8L Audi S3 AWD with trailing arms Right:1J0505228F and Left:1J0505227F

Using the caliper carrier mounting holes on the trailing arm, this adapter system is constrained with a combination of 3 precisely designed and manufactured components. The OEM rear caliper is relocated via the swing-arm adapter and used only for e-brake applications. The hydraulic brake line will be connected to the 4-pod Brembo caliper which will assist in stopping your vehicle much faster than before.  

It is ideal for owners with upgraded front 17z/18z calipers to also perform the rear brake upgrade using this adapter system.

Disclaimer

This adapter kit is intended for "OFF ROAD USE ONLY." Slight grinding of the insides of OEM caliper carrier is required for carrier to fit over new larger and thicker rotors without rotor interference. Professional installation recommended.
